I'm Isabelle Oss, a Denverite born and raised (turned New Englander), a passionate storyteller and news junkie. I am currently a Journalism graduate student at Boston University. I have a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Colorado State University and love using my anthropological skills to inform my journalism. My ethnographic experience has made me endlessly curious about the world's stories and I love exploring them from every possible perspective with any medium.

 

My coursework so far at BU has ignited a passion for broadcast news and audio production, although I enjoy anything from writing to video. I'm most interested in covering local or national politics, music and lifestyle. No matter the beat, I aim to continue to chase the truth and create important pieces to connect audiences with stories.

When I'm not creating exciting pieces, I love to play guitar, travel and explore Boston's hidden gems.
